While technology is a key and inspiring driver for change, how we realize Tech-driven solutions matters. Technology needs to serve people. That is why I put people at the center: those whom we design for, and those who build and deliver what we design. The successes we dream of only come from shared focus on desired outcomes and great collaboration. Getting people aligned on goals and making them thrive is what I do. I love to do hands-on work whenever I can. And along the way I invest in happier and healthier professionals, while I'm always eager to grow myself.
