Envisioning key usage scenarios
By envisioning usage scenario's for key personas an app or product vision can come to life. Storytelling did the rest. This way the client could rally around a shared vision and work in steps towards it.
Detailing every step
Once the vision was clear, we worked on the detailed design. Every use case scenario became detailed interaction design. The hardest part was the trade-off process: Every detail was a balance between cost, time and user experience.
Bringing the brand alive
What do we add to make the app desirable? Adding the brand is why the app might be loved or fails to engage users. This brand, Centraal Beheer, is a brand with humor. So we suggested adding their latest commercial (with a coocoo clock) to the login sequence.
